Dear Site Guests: Change is a good thing! For me anyway although I believe everyone should give it a try. There have been so many events over the last month that have pushed me toward drastic changes and this is fine for me since I have always confronted change with a brave face. First of all I am adding some advertising to the site only this will occur in stages overtime. This is a win-win situation as the items will appeal to a broad audience consistent with my target group and their constituents, meaning parents. I am also enhancing the visibility and searchability of the site when time permits. An ongoing refinement, I hope to continue to supply opportunities for growth for visitors. Additionally, on a personal level I have found a fine balance between eating and exercising and this balance has actually changed my perspective on this whole weight loss thing. It is quite a tricky combination of actions that result in a positive reaction. I am finally seeing success and learning an awful lot in the process. Yeh me! Now the final touch is to keep the stress out of my life, as much as possible anyway. Change essentially is thrown at us and we are forced to handle it one of two ways. Shrink and die or fight!
